Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy Dear Valued Client, To maintain our high level of service and respect the time of our stylists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled service time. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the scheduled service price. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
